My 3-year-old Visual Comfort pendants broke and couldn’t be repaired. Because Visual Comfort no longer made them in chrome, I was forced to choose a different finish—which didn’t match the other two pendants over my island. Visual Comfort's lack of support and poor business etiquette was frustrating, but in the end it worked to my advantage.
