The carved wood frame of this mirror is 3 inches thick and although it is beautiful it sticks out from the wall significantly. Absolutely solid, gorgeous, HEAVY mirror. You need 2-3 people to unpack this guy! It does have a big kickstand on the back that will pop out when you take it out of the box so be careful!
