We really love the chairs. However, the online order process did not go well. I wanted 2 identical chairs, but my order for 2 was compromised due to system issues. My 2 chairs with Allstate protection coverage was processed as 1 chair. When I reordered 2nd chair I lost the Allstate protection and in my rush ordered identical chair but 2nd had shorter legs with slightly different design and different stain! Beautiful chair but poor quality. After having it for only two weeks, the leg fell off when my son was pushing it across the floor and was almost impossible to screw back in. My husband was able to reconstruct it by moving the castor- more effort than anticipated when we purchased the chair.
