Bought these to fill with Aperol Sprtz and if needed there can be red wine in it. The shape is okay, not totally in love with it but it holds the alcohol well so it does its job. The thing I do like about the stemware is the stem is skinny. I hate a thick stem, so 80’s.. Leslie. Los Angeles, CA. Thu Feb 01 2024

The Cabernet glass is perfect for full-bodied, complex red wines that are high in tannin. The generous size of this glass allows the bouquet to develop fully and smooths out the rough edges. It emphasizes the fruit, playing down the bitter qualities of the tannin, and allows wines to achieve balance. Vinum is RIEDEL's basic varietal-specific stemmed series. Designed in 1986 by 10th-generation glassmaker Georg J. Riedel, Vinum was created to ensure every wine lover could afford varietal-specific glassware. Based on the handmade Sommelier's range, machine production means Vinum can be offered at a more accessible price. Machine-made dishwashers are safe.

These cups are absolutely beautiful. I bought them as a present for my grandma for Easter. I may buy myself some for me. The pictures do not do these cups justice they are stunning in person. I definitely recommend!. Danielle. PA. Mon Mar 25 2024

These are beautiful. A bit thicker than I’m used to, but it may be because they are more resilient to chipping. Probably a good idea. I love how they look and feel.. Amy. Palm Harbor, FL. Tue Oct 21 2025
