Designed to function efficiently on a full range of heat sources, enamel on steel stockpots are not only resistant to wear and damage, but also versatile enough for any stovetop, old or new. Their high-profile design limits evaporation while forcing liquids to bubble through all layers of ingredients, infusing the entire dish with flavor during cooking. Enamel on steel stockpots is finished in the same bold palette of signature colors as enameled cast iron, making them perfectly stylish complements to any combination of cookware.

The tri-ply construction of the 9 qt. stockpot conducts and distributes heat evenly, making it ideal for boiling vegetables, simmering soup, or creating flavorful stock. The deep colander insert adds functionality and convenience, making it easier to transfer pasta straight from the stockpot to the serving bowl. The insert also works well for steaming shellfish or blanching vegetables.
