True to dimensions, but that's larger in reality than it was in my head. Well-built (I think steel?), packaged very securely so nothing got dinged up, and includes some nice quality-of-life things like carabiner chain links (one for the top, one for the bottom). They included a lot of chain too - I think at least 6 feet. Much easier install than similar cheaper products where the paint chips off the chain links as you try to open them.. Taylor. Florida.
