The dressers are beautiful and very well made. I am chiming in, because our delivery people originally refused to place them in the correct room also. It was up one flight of stairs, but directly at the top--nothing insane. It wasn't until my husband pointed out that the box had "white glove delivery" printed on it that they acquiesced and placed them in the correct room. Not a big deal, but maybe Birch Lane/Wayfair/Perigold should look into it, if this happens regularly.

High quality, very stylish. I appreciate the glass on top and the legs were very easy to put on the piece. It looks like another more expensive brand, and I ordered one piece only to see the quality. I now have 3 pieces.

We realized a couple months later that some of the drawers do not open fully. Unfortunately 2 out of the 6 drawers are not usable and fully functional. Very disappointing for this type of cost and product. Looks pretty and nice, but not best quality

Long story short the delivery men refused to put this in my “room of choice” according to white glove service. The person accepting my delivery for me asked them to and they said they’re not paid to do that. Well- actually you are. This doesn’t take away from this beautiful dresser tho. The perfect coastal look for my beach house guest room. Comes with a glass top which is great as well as practical. I didn’t want to spend this much, but I’m glad I did- and so are my guests!
