Ok. I went back & forth on if I should rate this table a 3 or 4. It definitely has a farmhouse-type look. It is a nice looking piece. Most everyone who walks in to our house for the first time comments on how they like the table. It was a great price. It quite comfortably sits 8 people. I do love my table. I'm just not sure I would buy the same one if given the opportunity. I have small children. The table has a rustic look and can handle some scratches and such, but it cannot handle spills. My main issue with the table is that it will swell up if someone leaves a sweaty cup on it for too long or, in the case at my house, spills a little water on it without cleaning it up. This table is the BESTTT purchase I made from Wayfair, in my opinion its worth the cost I paid. I lovee the raw wood and rustic feel. You can smell the wood as soon as you open the package. This table feels like it was just chopped right off the tree. There is no glaze or any shine on the wood. Its suppose to be this natural rustic wooden table. If youre not into this rusticfarm style, than this table isnt the best option for you. Assembly was very easy, it took us less than 30 min. Only problem we faced was one of the holes underneath the table top wasnt in the right spot (when we put the legs, the whole was half hidden, but all we did was make the whole in the leg a little bigger so that it reaches, but we made ot happen. This table is very steardy and heavy because its solid wood. It looks super rish and natural. I tried my best to adjust to colours in the pictures to show you the true colour, I still couldnt get it exactly, but its NOT as orangy as my pictures. I just have bad lighting.
