We ordered two of these and they came quickly and in decent shape. One of them backsplashes was broken on delivery so they sent us out a new one, however, they can only ship the new backsplashes in two pieces. I think it will work since the seem is behind the faucet, but a bit disappointed. Everything else was in great shape and the colors seems true to the photos. The vanity is BEAUTIFUL and was so excited when it arrived! until I opened the box and the marble top was broke and the cabinet was damaged as well, HOWEVER when I called Birch lane they were more than just a little helpful on getting a replacement going.After all it was not Birch Lanes fault re: damage, it came from a warehouse and they had no control over the packing and delivery part of their items. Thoughtfully and thoroughly packaged for shipment, the vanity arrived undamaged and the free ‘just inside’ Birch Lane delivery option really helped expedite our installation! The working drawer handles were installed opposite (inside drawers) and some of the holes required to be enlarged because they weren’t drilled square to the drawer front. Wood material is good quality, with a small defect on the shelf underneath the sink and slight delamination of the wood flush with the underside of the countertop. GORGEOUS! this vanity fit perfectly in my old track home vanity nook. The quality is superb and looks very high end with switched out hardware. We will need to modify the middle shelf as it hits our plumbing stub outs - but an easy enough fix to accommodate. We did not use the back plate because plumbing would not fit through - make sure to paint this area since it won’t be covered. The hardware is a non-standard center to center distance of 6.5”. I was able to find brushed nickel hardware on Etsy at this length and had to somewhat force them on at the existing holes, but they turned out great.
