I absolutely love this brand ~ made of scrapped pine, it’s solid and heavy but not too heavy. Also the dresser is oversized it is not small at all I love the TALL size! I chose the color pine and love the color and texture this furniture brings. I took pictures of the package it came in. I also took pics before putting on the drawer handles which are actually screwed in each inside drawer, super easy to unscrew and screw in. The lingerie chest itself is what I was looking for, although the quality is a little less than I expected. The first chest I received had been damaged prior to being delivered to me. Whoever did it, obviously knew it was damaged, but just taped the box up and sent it out...needless to say I was very disappointed since you have to wait weeks for it to be delivered. Customer service was very easy to deal with and immediately scheduled the damaged one to be picked up and ordered a new one to replace this one. The 2nd one was delivered and I made sure to have them unbox it to check for damage. The delivery team were very nice and all of them were respectful. I love the aesthetics of the chest...but will mention that the backing was screwed on haphazardly with a couple screws not completely screwed in as well as one of the plastic feet on the bottom foot was bent sideways...both things I was able to fix myself.. I loved this dresser when I saw it. The first time it was delivered it came totally assembled and completely damaged. I was told I had to keep it or give it away but they sent me a second one. I received the second and it was shipped using a different company this time and they did so much better! The guys that delivered it even helped me up the stairs with it! I am so happy with it. I would say it’s built pretty well and looks great! I’ll have to list the other damaged one for free and hope someone will haul it out of here.
